Patient Access is a simple online service that can save you lots of time. You can use it to:
- Book or cancel appointments (currently unavailable due to coronavirus)
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View your health record
You can register for Patient Access by visiting https://www.patientaccess.com/ at home, or by completing an online registration form at reception.
After registering online or at reception, you will need to give us one form of photo ID and one form of proof of address so that we can complete your registration.
